Benefit Management Solutions was founded in 1999 as a traditional employee benefits broker. As the company grew they shifted their role as both the broker as well as the benefits manager for their clientele. Twenty years into the business, they are looking into modernizing their operation by investing in a lot of technology solutions to streamline operation and widen their offering to their clients. They reach out to Corse Design Factory to handle the brand transition.
We rebranded Benefit Management Solutions, not only with a new brand identity. We also helped them redefine their business, develop a set of core values, tonal voice, and visual language. The challenge with this rebranding project is maintaining the delicate balance between the legacy that has been in the business for over 2 decades while showcasing its modern principle based on their investment in technology.
Like many other B2B businesses, the presentation of data is a very important aspect of their marketing as well as day to day operation. For BMS we developed a guideline for data presentation to ensure that their graphs and charts not only on brand but also accurate and easy to digest.
We designed and developed a brand new website for BMS with the target audience in mind. We realized early on that there are 3 different audiences that the website has to address. The first one is the HR department of a company, the second one is the business owner, and the last one is the employees. With that in mind, we designed the website with 3 homepages with curated content for each specific audience. We also developed a database that houses BMS case studies for their audience to read.
