Travel Tripper is a leading hotel technology provider offering its proprietary Distribution Analytics platform to all customers using RezTrip CRS and booking engine. Founded in 2005, Travel tripper is based in New York City. Its origins focused on helping independent and small hotel companies.
Our first project with Travel Tripper was to create guidelines for their brand. Since its inception, the Travel Tripper brand language never really given the attention it deserves. We created a rule book on how the brand supposed to be portrayed both through visual imageries as well as in writing.
Working closely with the marketing director of Travel Tripper, we designed a series of marketing materials to equip their marketing team. Each one is designed to be short, to the point, and to showcase the Travel Tripper features well. We also develop a case study template, to showcase the impact of Travel Tripper platforms for a hotel business.
Mid 2019, Travel Tripper announced that they just acquired another hotel technology provider called, Pegasus, which has been in the industry for longer. This merger allows Travel Tripper to offer more comprehensive services to their clients, as well as making them one of the larger hotel technology provider globally.
We were hired once again to handle the rebranding effort for this company. Working closely with their marketing team, we decided to keep the name Pegasus, due to the fact that it is a more recognized brand name in the industry. Instead, we use the merger to refresh the brand and address all the connotations that the previous brand image might have.
B2B businesses rely a lot on information and data visualization to showcase their capabilities. Which means information graphic plays a crucial role in their day to day operation and marketing. To address this issue, we created a series of style guides and guidelines on graphs charts, and tables to ensure consistency, and clarity of information across the board.
